• Efficiently manage Staff Attendance using portal
  • Employee Management on Portal
  • Coordination with vendors and People for seamless operations.
  • Provide excellent Customer Service Support.
  • Managing staff Queries with respect to attendance and shifts.
  • Oversee leaves and Payroll administration on Portal
  • Update data on Portal of every new staff member.
  • Handling of Customer Services, Staff coordination and data entry operator assignments.

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, management, operations, or a related field
  • 3+ years of related experience in client service or sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are required
  • Knowledge of financial products and concepts
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex financial products and services in a clear and concise
