• Manage onboarding and orientations of staff & inform the selected candidates about the required documentation and facilitate them in filling out the recruitment packs.
  • Conduct Exit interviews.
  • To ensure the completion of EMF gratuity DSR and cheque file in a timely manner.
  • Maintain left and newly hired staff records at the cybernet admin portal.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • BBA/MBA in HR
  • 2-4 Years of Experience
  • Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Office 
  • Must have Administrative skills
