Job Role and Duties:

  • Coordinate & inform the selected candidates about the required documentation and facilitate them in filling out the recruitment packs, interviews, onboarding, etc.
  • Independently Management of services toward clients and Event Management & Vendor management as well.
  • Knowledge of HR policies as per Government rules & regulations
  • To ensure completion of EMF gratuity DSR and cheque file in a timely manner
  • Enter information of newly hired staff in People-i

Qualification & Skills:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree BBA/ MBA in HRM
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in MS. Excel & Advance Office
  • Administrative skills
  • Interpersonal Skills
