Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand international sales and market presence.
  • Identify and build relationships with potential clients, distributors, and partners globally.
  • Manage existing international accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Oversee and analyze sales performance, ensuring targets and KPIs are met.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and export regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, and accounts) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in export sales.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of international markets and export procedures.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
