Installation & Commissioning:
Perform on-site installation, setup, and validation of analytical/scientific equipment.
Train end-users on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance:
Conduct scheduled maintenance, performance checks, and calibration.
Diagnose and repair hardware/software malfunctions promptly.
Troubleshooting & Repairs:
Respond to service requests, analyze technical issues, and resolve them efficiently.
Escalate complex problems to senior engineers or manufacturers when needed.
Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain detailed service reports, calibration records, and parts inventory.
Customer Support:
Provide remote/on-site assistance to clients with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Recommend equipment upgrades or replacements when necessary.
