This full-time position based in Karachi, Pakistan, offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the health sector by supporting the implementation of programs at the field level. The role involves assisting supervisors with various administrative and programmatic tasks to ensure smooth project execution. Candidates should have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the health sector, and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the supervisor in implementing program activities at the field level.
- Support the preparation and development of documentation related to project activities.
- Facilitate the organization of trainings, workshops, seminars, meetings, and other events.
- Draft letters, reports, and other documentation, and take minutes during meetings.
- Provide timely and accurate data to the supervisor to support the preparation of quality reports.
- Maintain proper records of project files and official documents to ensure easy retrieval and compliance.
- Coordinate with different departments to manage meeting logistics and arrange visits for key local and international visitors and staff members.
- Assist in preparing program-related work plans, budgets, and reports.
- Organize data and relevant information promptly for monthly, bi-annual, and annual reporting cycles.
- Ensure timely collection and forwarding of invoices from contractors and consultants to the relevant department, maintaining compliance with processing requirements.
- Perform any other program-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with preference for 2 to 3 years, ideally within the health sector.
- Proven ability to assist in program implementation and maintain accurate documentation.
- Strong organizational skills to manage records, reports, and event logistics efficiently.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including drafting correspondence and taking meeting minutes.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments and stakeholders.
