District Monitoring Coordinator

The DMC supervises Monitoring Associates within the district, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting using provided tools. This role involves district-wide travel and close collaboration with various education stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and submit monthly work plans with clear targets.
Monitor and report on district-level plan implementation weekly.
Conduct regular school visits to record indicators as per PMC guidelines.
Ensure timely completion of RTSM school monitoring cycles.
Support EMIS-related activities, including school census and data verification.

Maintain confidentiality of official data and matters
Provide capacity-building support to Monitoring Associates
Achieve monthly monitoring visit targets.
Report serious field issues to the M&E officer daily/weekly.
Organize follow-up meetings on RTSM reports with DEOs and Cluster Heads
Develop quarterly case studies showcasing RTSM successes.
Foster strong coordination with DEOs, Cluster Heads, DEG, and DEA
Monitor absent teachers and closed schools, ensuring data quality.
Conduct weekly/monthly progress review meetings.
Submit cumulative monthly reports to the supervisor.
Posts will be filled from amongst the candidates having the Local/domicile of that district.

Qualification and Experience

Bachelor degree from a recognized university.
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience.
Strong command of computer systems, smartphones, and internet tools.
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Urdu; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
