Project Manager I

We are looking for a seasoned Scrum Master with over 10 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 4 years leading Scrum projects. The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects with a total contract value of up to $500K, applying Agile and Scrum methodologies effectively. This role demands expertise in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities to ensure they meet defined scope, budget, and timeline requirements. The Scrum Master will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to clarify requirements and maintain satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Agile teams by planning and managing sprints, maintaining backlogs, and tracking team velocity and project KPIs using Jira. Drive project delivery by coordinating tasks, proactively managing risks, and implementing mitigation and contingency plans. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations. Motivate and guide Agile teams to uphold high morale, accountability, and continuous improvement. Encourage the adoption of software engineering best practices and reusable assets to improve delivery efficiency. Support integration testing, defect management, and conduct root cause analysis during quality assurance cycles. Facilitate knowledge sharing and coach team members to align project delivery with customer quality and governance standards.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in a Scrum Master or Agile project leadership role. Proven expertise in managing projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies, with hands-on experience using Jira for sprint and backlog management. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate teams, solve problems, and lead cross-functional groups effectively. Demonstrated capability to manage project scope, budget, and timelines while delivering high-quality outcomes. Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and ensure clarity of requirements and overall satisfaction.
