Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer support, preferably handling Australian-based customers.
  • Strong accent with excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Ability to manage high-volume calls.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Providing real-time voice and chat support to Australian customers regarding inquiries, complaints, and technical issues.
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience by resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Communicating clearly with a neutral or Australian accent for seamless customer interaction.
  • Maintaining an in-depth understanding of company services to provide accurate information.
