Supply Chain Officer – Edible Oil Section

We are looking for a diligent and enthusiastic Supply Chain Officer to support our Edible Oil Section, specifically in the procurement of oil and related raw materials. This role is ideal for fresh graduates aiming to build a career in supply chain operations within the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and purchasing edible oil and raw materials from approved suppliers
Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure timely deliveries
Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records
Monitor stock levels of edible oil and raise procurement requests as needed
Liaise with internal departments such as production, quality, and accounts to align procurement with operational needs
Track and follow up on shipments, ensuring delivery timelines are met
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and standards

Eligibility Criteria:

BBA Supply Chain Management or a relevant field
Good negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
