We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, promoting our products/services, and developing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve targets
- Generate leads through cold calling, online research, field visits, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Promote company products/services via social media, events, and digital marketing channels
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients
- Collaborate with the team to improve branding and market presence
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing (1+ year preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate or Bachelor's degree
- Own transport is a plus (if field work is involved)
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
