We are looking for an experienced BD Growth Specialist to join our on-site team in Lahore. This role focuses on business development, client onboarding, and U.S. recruitment operations. You’ll be responsible for acquiring new clients, understanding hiring needs, and collaborating with internal sourcing teams to deliver top-tier talent. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and client retention. 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development by targeting U.S.-based clients seeking recruitment and staffing services.
  • Lead end-to-end client onboarding, ensuring seamless communication between clients and delivery teams.
  • Conduct discovery calls and propose customized recruitment solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage full-cycle recruitment across various industries.
  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of prospective clients through outbound efforts and relationship-building.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with new clients in coordination with senior leadership.
  • Monitor hiring trends in the U.S. market and incorporate best practices into recruitment strategies.
  • Stay updated with global hiring trends, market shifts, and recruitment best practices.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in recruitment and business development.
  • Proven track record in onboarding and managing U.S. staffing clients.
  • In-depth understanding of U.S. recruitment processes, tools, and client expectations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools, sourcing platforms, and sales pipelines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with offshore/nearshore talent delivery models.
  • Strong network of U.S. hiring managers, MSPs, or VMS partners.
  • Background in both technical and non-technical recruitment verticals.
