The ideal candidate should be able to manage complex scheduling, and a confident brand ambassador, capable of managing high-level administrative functions while simultaneously owning the Executive's social media presence and coordinating their external engagements.

Responsibilities:

  1. Personal Branding & Social Media Management
  • Multi-Platform Content Strategy: Manage and oversee the CEO's social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and official WhatsApp (for professional communication).
  • Content Creation & Scheduling: Research industry trends, design visually engaging assets, and write clear, impactful copy. Schedule and publish content/posts to consistently elevate the CEO's image as a thought leader.
  • Digital Trend Analysis: Support the CEO’s personal branding and marketing strategies by continuously monitoring social metrics and staying updated with the latest industry news and digital trends to ensure maximum engagement.
  • Online Correspondence: Monitor and manage the CEO's social media inboxes, escalating key messages and responding diplomatically on their behalf where appropriate.
  1. External Relations & Event Support
  • On-Site Representation: Accompany and assist the CEO in attending external events, conferences, and networking activities.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a professional and trusted point of contact for external partners, clients, and high-profile individuals.
  1. Executive Operations & Administration
  • Meeting Documentation: Prepare, organize, and document internal meeting notes (including Leadership and Board meetings) to ensure clarity on decisions, smooth follow-up, and timely execution of action items.
  • Gatekeeping: Effectively screen and prioritize all incoming communication (emails, calls, and physical mail).

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to a C-level executive or similar capacity.
  • Proven experience in managing high-profile social media accounts (beyond personal use), understanding professional branding, and utilizing scheduling tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information with unwavering discretion and sound judgment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; a polished and professional demeanor is essential for representing the CEO externally.
  • Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and possess a strong ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they escalate.
  • Willingness to travel and work outside of standard business hours as required by the CEO's schedule
