We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented and experienced HR Generalist to join our team of professionals. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create a recruitment plan and calendar according to operational and sales projections
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring
  • Generate official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips, and warning letters
  • Maintain physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits, and attendance records
  • Create onboarding plans and educate newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations
  • Facilitate training and development programs for employees
  • Create employee engagement plans, obtain necessary budget approvals, and initiate engagement activities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee retention and satisfaction
  • Evaluate employee performance and appraise their pay scale accordingly
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Take appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations
  • Address employee grievances and work towards resolving conflicts effectively
  • Collaborate with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and practices
  • Support the implementation of HR systems and technology to streamline operations
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the top management

Skills and Abilities:

  • In order to effectively manage a company’s employees, HR Generalists should have certain hard and soft skills, including:
  • Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools, payroll, and human resources software
  • Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking
  • Leadership and coaching skills
  • Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and analytically driven
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
