We are seeking a skilled and motivated Python Engineer with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python development, experience with cloud infrastructure—particularly AWS—and familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins. This role focuses on building scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Django and FastAPI frameworks. The position requires working night shifts and demands a flexible, quick-learning mindset to adapt to new technologies as needed. Candidates who can join on short notice will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Python. Build RESTful APIs leveraging Django and FastAPI frameworks to support various applications. Deploy and manage services on cloud platforms, with a primary focus on AWS infrastructure. Integrate with Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics to support data-driven decision-making. Utilize Jenkins to design and implement continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines, ensuring smooth and reliable software delivery. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions. Communicate effectively and professionally with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. Maintain adaptability by continuously learning and applying new tools, technologies, and methodologies as project requirements evolve.

Required Qualifications
2 to 3 years of professional experience in Python development, demonstrating strong coding skills and problem-solving abilities. Practical knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture, including deployment and management of cloud-based applications. Experience working with Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics integration. Proficiency in Django and FastAPI frameworks for developing robust APIs. Familiarity with Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools to automate build and deployment processes. Willingness and ability to work night shifts as part of the role’s operational requirements. Immediate availability or readiness to join on short notice is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Proven ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Preference will be given to candidates who are immediately available or can join with minimal notice. This is a full-time, in-person position requiring presence at the office during assigned shifts. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs200,000 to Rs350,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
