Contracts Specialist

As a Contracts Specialist, you will play a critical role in preparing, managing and administering contracts related to our real estate transactions. Your expertise will ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and foster strong relationships with our partners and clients. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while collaborating with our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Review, draft, and prepare contracts, agreements, and amendments related to real estate transactions.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Manage contract lifecycle, including document storage, tracking, and retrieval.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as agents, finance, and operations teams, to ensure seamless contract execution.
Conduct risk assessments, identify potential issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
Maintain accurate records and reports on contract performance, compliance, and issues.
Provide expert advice and guidance on contract-related matters to team members.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Contracts Specialist or similar role in the real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of contract law, real estate regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office.
