Your expertise in SAP S4 Hana will be advantageous in streamlining HR processes and improving data management.
Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of two HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to enhance their performance and professional development.
  • Develop and implement talent development programs that align with organizational goals, focusing on employee skills enhancement and career growth.
  • Oversee performance management processes, ensuring regular feedback, appraisals, and development plans are in place for all employees.
  • Facilitate training and development initiatives that meet the needs of the workforce and drive continuous improvement.
  • Implement and utilize performance management software to track employee performance metrics, ensuring accurate and efficient data collection.
  • Design and manage change management strategies that support organizational transitions and foster a culture of adaptability.
  • Establish continuous feedback mechanisms to encourage open communication and constructive dialogue between employees and management.
  • Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) for the delivery and tracking of employee training programs while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Stay current with HR trends and best practices, recommending innovations that enhance the effectiveness of HRD initiatives.
  • Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders to align HR strategies with business objectives and to foster a positive work environment.
