Quality Assurance Manager

E Network Pvt Ltd, a forward-thinking technology company located in Lahore’s Johar Town, is looking for a meticulous Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join their team. This mid-level, full-time role provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to the development of high-quality web and mobile applications. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to identify bugs, validate features, and improve the overall user experience through both manual and automated testing methods.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, and performance testing on software applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
- Work collaboratively with developers and designers to resolve issues and enhance software functionality.
- Ensure software products meet business requirements and maintain high-quality standards.
- Continuously refine QA processes, testing strategies, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform cross-platform and cross-browser testing for web and mobile applications.
- Provide consistent feedback on software usability, performance, and stability to relevant teams.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in software quality assurance or software testing roles.
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing tools, and processes.
- Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Postman, TestRail, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development frameworks.
- Knowledge of scripting languages is considered an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail paired with excellent analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience testing mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.
- Understanding of API testing and automation frameworks is a plus.
