We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive with at least 6 months of experience in the Engineering and IT sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.Mobility should not be an issue — the role may involve local travel for client meetings and business development.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Engineering and IT sectors.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and competitors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience in the Engineering and/or IT industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
