We are seeking a friendly, well-organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients at our Lahore office. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, handle phone calls, assist with administrative tasks, and ensure a smooth flow of daily office activities. This is a night shift position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, packages, mail)
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Schedule appointments and meetings when needed
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Coordinate with internal departments to provide support as required
  • Keep track of office supplies and report needs to the administrative team
  • Handle visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with a positive attitude
