Sales Closer

We are looking for a persuasive and performance-driven Sales Closer to join our high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will specialize in finalizing deals, converting qualified leads into customers, and handling objections with confidence. You’ll work closely with the sales team to seal the deal and contribute directly to revenue growth.

This is a night shift position.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with pre-qualified leads to close sales through phone calls or video meetings
Understand the prospect's needs and effectively present tailored product/service solutions.
Handle objections, negotiate terms, and overcome final barriers to close the sale.
Build trust and rapport with clients during the final stages of the sales process.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies.
Follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not yet purchased.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure a smooth transition from sale to onboarding/customer service.
Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Closer or in a similar high-ticket closing role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Strong closing techniques and the ability to work under pressure.
Confidence in handling objections and turning “maybe” into “yes.”
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance metrics.
Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
