Devops Engineer

Quantum Bells is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing our software development processes by implementing and maintaining seamless integration and deployment systems. You will collaborate closely with software developers, system operators, and other IT staff to manage, automate, and streamline cloud infrastructure operations. Your expertise in cloud platforms and continuous integration/continuous deployment will be vital in driving our efficiency and effectiveness in delivering high-quality software solutions. This position requires at least 2 years of hands-on experience with AWS and Azure, in addition to proficiency in tools like Jenkins, Kubernetes, and Ansible. As the role does not include team management, you will focus on individual contributions to the infrastructure and deployment processes.
Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS and Azure.
Automate processes related to software development, testing, and deployment using CI/CD pipelines.
Monitor and troubleshoot application performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
Collaborate with development teams to understand application requirements and translate them into reliable infrastructure solutions.
Manage configuration and deployment of applications using tools such as Ansible and AWS CloudFormation.
Ensure the security and compliance of infrastructure by following best practices in cloud security and governance.
Conduct system performance analysis and make recommendations for enhancements.
Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in DevOps.
Provide support for production systems, addressing outages and performance issues in a timely manner.
