Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential markets, industries, and clients for our software products and services.
  • Identify key decision-makers within target companies and build a comprehensive prospect list.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate international markets and achieve sales targets.
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Present the company's software solutions to prospective clients and tailor presentations to match their specific business needs.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to address client needs effectively.
  • Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that highlight the value proposition of our software products and services.
  • Lead negotiations with clients to ensure favorable terms for both parties while maximizing company revenue.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and real progress in the CRM system.
  • Regularly report sales forecasts, progress, and challenges to the sales manager and senior leadership.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in international B2B software sales, preferably in a software house environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand the technical aspects of software products.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones and adapt to varying cultural norms.

Shift Timings: 12:00 p.m. – 9 p.m.
