  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in the healthcare sector, including NHS Trusts, private hospitals, care homes, and domiciliary care providers.
  • Develop and execute a business growth strategy to meet revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure contracts.
  • Ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction to maintain long-term partnerships.
