Finance Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operations, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in financial management.

Key Responsibilities-

Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, budgets, and reports.
Assist in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure proper maintenance of financial records.
Monitor financial transactions to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure timely processing of payments, invoices, and payroll.
Assist with audits and implement recommendations to improve financial systems.
Monitor cash flow and manage funds effectively.
Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities as required.

Qualifications & Experience-

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional certifications such as ACCA, CMA, or CA will be an advantage.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the healthcare or nonprofit sector.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ERP systems) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and tax laws.
