We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our dynamic sales team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong customer relationships over the phone. As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products or services, to meet or exceed monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lead lists or through self-generated leads.
  • Conduct product presentations and explain the benefits of the product or service to potential customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable products or services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Qualify leads and set up appointments for further sales discussions when necessary.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales in CRM software.
  • Handle customer objections and provide solutions to resolve issues effectively.
  • Follow up on leads and missed opportunities to maximize conversion rates.
  • Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape to provide the best advice to customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.

  • Experienced and freshers are encouraged to apply

  • Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally over the phone.
  • Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Education: Matric or Inter Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently.
