Rajwani Apparel Pvt Ltd seeks an experienced Information Technology Manager to oversee and enhance the company's IT operations. This position involves managing a team of 20 IT professionals dedicated to ensuring robust IT infrastructure, effective IT support, and streamlined communication across all levels of the company. The Information Technology Manager will leverage their expertise in networking, cloud computing, and server management to develop strategies that align IT initiatives with the business goals of Rajwani Apparel Pvt Ltd. Responsibilities

Lead a team of 20 IT specialists, setting clear goals and objectives to ensure exemplary performance in all IT projects.
Design and implement network configurations, maintaining high levels of security and efficiency across all systems.
Oversee the management of cloud computing solutions to enhance data accessibility, reliability, and scalability for the company.
Ensure the availability and performance of Windows Server environments, handling upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting as necessary.
Provide expert IT support to resolve technical issues across departments, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
Configure and maintain firewalls to protect organizational data and ensure compliance with security policies.
Develop and implement comprehensive IT policies and procedures to streamline operations and safeguard against data breaches.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing new technologies as needed.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to procure IT resources and services, ensuring the best return on investment.
Conduct training sessions to enhance the technical skills of the team and keep them updated on the latest technologies and best practices.
Analyze IT project requirements and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and deliver quality results.
