The REAQA Manager will play a critical role in driving the organization's mission by ensuring the highest standards of research, evaluation, assessment, and quality assurance across all education and training programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that measure program impact, enhance educational quality, and inform decision-making processes. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of educational research methodologies, and a passion for improving educational outcomes in underserved communities.
