Recovery Officer Female - Real Estate

We are looking for a committed Recovery Officer to join our team at DHA Phase 6, Bukhari Commercial. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing overdue payments by maintaining regular communication with clients, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely collections. This role involves close coordination with the sales and finance departments to verify documentation and transaction histories. The position is full-time and on-site, offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs50,000.

Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with clients regarding overdue payments through calls and emails.
- Negotiate repayment plans to facilitate timely collections.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recovery data.
- Consistently achieve assigned recovery targets.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to verify relevant documents and transaction histories.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills essential for effective client interactions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and a solid understanding of recovery procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet collection targets.
