Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Executive to join our team. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and managing our social media presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Manage day-to-day activities on all company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), ensuring timely and engaging content.
Content Creation: Design and create visually appealing, high-quality content (posts, graphics, videos, etc.) for social media platforms.
Campaign Execution: Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Engagement & Community Building: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to maintain strong engagement with followers.
Analytics & Reporting: Track social media performance using analytics tools, generate reports, and provide insights to improve content strategies and optimize campaigns.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, new tools, and best practices to ensure content remains fresh, relevant, and engaging.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing strategies and business objectives.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and generate insights.
Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing is a plus.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
