We are seeking an organized, personable, and proactive Aesthetic Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate will manage front desk activities, coordinate clinic affairs, and ensure an exceptional client experience that aligns with our high standards of excellence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management:

    • Handle appointments, client inquiries, and scheduling with accuracy and efficiency.
    • Manage client payments, maintain detailed records, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Client Communication:

    • Regularly engage with clients through WhatsApp groups, broadcast lists, and status updates to share the latest marketing content and clinic offers.
    • Follow up with clients for feedback, encourage Google reviews, and maintain excellent client relationships.
    • Address and resolve client concerns or conflicts promptly and professionally.
    • Handle inbound calls and messages on our marketing number with excellent customer service skills and with a sales focus.
  • Operational Management:

    • Coordinate vendor orders and deliveries, ensuring the clinic is well-stocked with essential supplies.
    • Serve as the main liaison between clients, doctors, and staff to streamline operations and communications.
  • Standards and Compliance:

    • Uphold the clinic's high standards of punctuality, professionalism, and cleanliness.
    • Demonstrate a beauty-conscious and client-focused approach, ensuring the clinic reflects its luxury branding.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably at a leading aesthetic or high-end healthcare clinic.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in using WhatsApp, basic record-keeping software, and familiarity with clinic operations.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills are required.
