This is a commission-based (Target Oriented) Model having a good base salary, unmatchable commissions, and quarterly bonuses. So please go through the Job Description carefully. 

  • Developing and maintaining partnerships to drive desired Business Growth.
  • Maintain an accurate and robust pipeline and be able to forecast business & Franchise opportunities.
  • Establish deep business and strategic relationships with Partners, and interact daily with the stakeholders in support of accelerating revenue across multiple sector market segments.
  • Overseeing processes to support partners such as training and enablement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Channel Planning, Marketing, Operations)
  • Managing Partner's relationships, their profitability, and mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Analyzing partner's performance in the region and making data-driven decisions to optimize partnerships.
  • Staying up-to-date with Real Estate Industry Trends and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Communicating the region's strategy and performance to leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Ensuring partnerships align with company goals and values.
  • Creating plans and programs to achieve assigned growth targets including joint marketing initiatives and product integration.
  • Self-Driven, Result Oriented, Go Getter, should be an Achiever.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Sales or Marketing experience at least 2 years (candidates with an insurance sales background will be preferred)
  • Should achieve the company’s Target as assigned by the management. Should have the ability to achieve at least one business prospect per month.
  • This is field field-based job, A Franchise Sales Executive works in the Field, meets with 2 to 3 potential clients, maintains proper filing, and updates meeting details with the management. Updates Record of meetings in the filing system and shares the presentation with Management & potential clients.
  • Should be able to deliver presentations to masses. Having Webinar Experience would be a plus. Should be a go-getter.
  • Should conduct presentations with 25 to 30 Clients twice a month over Zoom/ Teams. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Pleasant & Convincing personality.
  • Good understanding and track record of negotiating and closing deals.
  • Enjoys good rapport with Management Top.
  • Candidates having Insurance Sales, Project Sales, and Corporate Sales Experience are encouraged to apply.
