Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of rental properties across the US, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to maintain properties and address maintenance issues.
- Oversee rental data, including rent collection, lease renewals, and move-in/move-out processes.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly, providing excellent customer service.
- Prepare and serve eviction notices, working closely with legal teams as needed.
- Analyze property performance data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, marketing, and maintenance.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in property management, real estate, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing rental properties and teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
- Familiarity with property management software and systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Nice to Have:
- Real estate license or certification (e.g., CAM, CAPS).
- Experience with Yardi, AppFolio, or other property management software.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations governing rental properties.
