The Liaison Officer (PLO) is a compassionate and organized professional responsible for maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with elderly clients receiving our personal care services. The PLO acts as the primary point of contact, ensuring each client’s needs, preferences, and well-being are consistently met through daily communication, service coordination, and prompt issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily contact with assigned clients through phone calls and digital communication to check on their well-being.
  • Listen actively to clients’ concerns, feedback, and service-related complaints, and ensure timely resolution or escalation.
  • Coordinate with caregivers and support staff to ensure all scheduled services are provided as planned.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and report any changes in health status, emotional state, or living conditions.
  • Fulfill client requests such as reordering supplies, arranging transportation, or scheduling appointments.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of client interactions and updates using internal systems.
  • Build warm, trusting relationships with elderly clients and act as an advocate for their needs.
  • Conduct regular wellness check-ins and follow-up visits based on client care plans.
  • Communicate regularly with family members or designated contacts to provide updates or gather additional input.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, case managers, and internal teams to ensure holistic care delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum Bachelors
  • Voluntarily or Professional Experience working with elderly or vulnerable populations is strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—patient, empathetic, and respectful.
  • Organized with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients’ needs effectively.
  • Proficient in using digital communication tools and basic office software.
  • Ability to work in shifts (Morning/Afternoon/Evening)

Salary Package

  • 70,000 – 90,000 PKR/MONTH
