RevOps Specialist

We’re looking for a sharp, adaptable, and analytical RevOps Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role requires you to wear multiple hats, from analyzing data and creating insightful reports to managing client-facing projects. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, eager to learn, and thrives in a dynamic consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate, analyze, and present insightful reports to identify opportunities for operational improvements.
Project Management: Deliver client projects on time with precision and quality.
Client Communication: Serve as a client-facing consultant, effectively communicating solutions and updates.
Tool Expertise: Leverage CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce) and tools like Clay for operational efficiencies.
Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with internal and external teams to execute RevOps strategies.
Process Optimization: Help streamline workflows and optimize revenue-related operations.
Learning & Adaptability: Stay up-to-date with RevOps best practices and emerging tools, bringing innovative solutions to the table.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (a degree from a top university is a plus but not required).
1-3 years of experience in RevOps, data analysis, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred).
Experience with tools like Clay is a big plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-moving consulting environment.
