Qualifications
Shall have a diploma in civil engineering or at least college degree in science field.
Skills
- Shall be able to use computer and operate Microsoft Excel and Word
- Must be hardworking, punctual and problem solver
- Should speak and understand English
- Should holds a valid driving license
- Shall have knowledge of ASTM Standards, British Standards and ISO 17025 requirements
Duties and responsibilities
- Technician shall perform the following tests independently as per requirements of ASTM and BS:
- SOIL (Sieve Analysis, Atterberg Limits, Classification, MDD/OMC
- Max./ Min. Density, CBR, Specific Gravity
- Field Density Tests by Nuclear and Sand Cone Method etc.
- CONCRETE (Slump, Temperature, Unit Weight, Air Content, Cylinder/Cube Making, Curing
- Density, Capping, Compressive Strength, Schmidt Hammer, Coring)
