We are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Call Center Agent to join us. If you have a passion for sales, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Assisting customers with inquiries and provide information about Energy and Home Warranty products and services.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Leveraging prior experience in Energy and Home Warranty campaigns to drive sales and customer retention.
  • Utilizing persuasive communication skills to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Preparing and submiting regular reports on call activity and sales performance.
  • Collaborating with team members and supervisors to improve processes and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in call center roles, specifically in Energy Home Warranty campaigns.
  • Educational requirement: Intermediate (or equivalent).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.
  • Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems.

Work Schedule:

  • Night shift from Monday to Friday.
  • Fixed off on Saturday and Sunday.

Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary.
