We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Call Center Agent with experience in Energy and Home Warranty campaigns to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate information and assistance regarding Energy and Home Warranty products/services.
Resolve customer concerns with a problem-solving and customer-first mindset.
Use previous campaign experience to maximize sales and improve retention.
Convert inquiries into successful sales using persuasive communication skills.
Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.
Prepare and submit regular performance and call activity reports.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of call center experience, with a strong background in Energy and Home Warranty campaigns.
Education: Intermediate (or equivalent) or higher.
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced night-shift environment.
Proficient in using call center tools, CRM systems, and reporting dashboards.
Work Schedule:
Night Shift: Monday to Friday
Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday
