We are hiring Customer Services Executive

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education: Minimum Intermediate or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus but not mandatory.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is a bonus.

Work Environment:

  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts (as per company policy).

Additional Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools.
  • Punctuality and reliability are critical for this role.
