Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the company’s CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot Microsoft Dynamics) to ensure optimal performance and data accuracy.
  • Configure system settings, customize dashboards, and optimize workflows to support business processes and user requirements.
  • Administer user accounts, manage access permissions, and provide training and technical support to staff across departments.
  • Develop and update training materials, FAQs, and user documentation to enhance system adoption.
  •  Ensure data integrity through regular audits, validation checks, and cleaning of CRM data.
  • Generate and analyze reports to provide actionable insights into client behavior, retention trends, and campaign performance.
  •  Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to understand their CRM needs and implement effective solutions.
  •  Liaise with external vendors and IT support to troubleshoot issues, manage system upgrades, and coordinate new feature deployments.
  •  Monitor system performance and user feedback, recommending enhancements and process improvements to drive efficiency.
  • Stay updated with CRM best practices and emerging technologies relevant to the financial and forex industry.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in CRM administration or a similar role, preferably within the financial services or forex trading sector.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with leading CRM platforms (Broctagon, Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and related tools.
  • Strong understanding of data management, reporting, and system configuration.
  • Basic knowledge of database concepts and SQL is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
