The Admin Coordinator is responsible for efficiently managing and maintaining the assets of all RIZ Consulting projects in alignment with company policies. This role ensures proper asset tracking, verification, and reporting while mitigating potential risks. The Admin Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating with regional project offices, procurement, finance, and insurance companies to streamline asset management processes, including tagging, claims, and disposals. Additionally, the position involves maintaining company databases, organizing documentation, negotiating vendor agreements, and providing logistical support to staff across project locations. By ensuring effective administrative and asset management practices, the Admin Coordinator contributes to the overall operational efficiency and compliance of RIZ Consulting.
