Minimum 10 years of experience, including article ship, is required. Preference will be given to candidates with article ship from a Big 6 firm.

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for preparing and implementing financial strategy, policies, procedures, and a financial control framework to achieve organizational financial objectives and ensure financial stability. The CFO will ensure effective internal and external controls and compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.

The position leads the Finance, Administration, and HR departments, including:

• IT & Software

• Accounting & General Ledger

• Financial/Management/Regulatory Reporting

• Forecasting & Budgeting

• Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Audit facilitation (annual/periodic)

• Taxation & Finance systems

• Funds & Treasury management

• Statutory & Asset Management

• Human Resource Management

• General Administration
