Supervise and coordinate daily injection molding operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
Work closely with supervisors & shift in-charges to ensure smooth shift transitions, proper manpower allocation, and consistent operational performance.
Ensure proper setup, operation, and maintenance of injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
Monitor process parameters and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and waste.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
Maintain production schedules, shift reports, and inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
Train, guide, and evaluate machine operators and shift technicians to enhance performance and safety.
Drive process improvements through lean manufacturing, 5S, and other methodologies.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Assist in planning and implementing new molds, tools, or machinery as needed.
