We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant / Document Controller to oversee its operations in Pakistan.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
  • Answering the telephone promptly and courteously.
  • Responding to emails.
  • Organizing incoming and outgoing posts and deliveries.
  • Carrying out basic clerical duties.
  • Updating database records.
  • Managing the visitors' books and distributing security passes.
  • Organizing meeting rooms.
  • Dealing with payments and invoices.

Requirements:

  • Excellent administration skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Confident using a computer
  • Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Sensitivity and understanding
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
