Construction Bidder

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Bidder to join our team. As a Construction Bidder, you will be responsible for downloading projects, reading blueprints, and bidding on different Signs, Awnings & Canopies projects. You will work closely with the project manager and other team members to ensure accurate and timely bidding.

Responsibilities:

Download project information and documents, including plans, specifications, and bid instructions
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to understand project requirements
Prepare accurate and competitive bids for Signs, Awnings & Canopies projects
Collaborate with project manager and team members to ensure accurate and timely bidding
Monitor bid results and adjust bid strategies accordingly
Maintain detailed records of bids and bid results
Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and other project-related meetings as required

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in construction management or related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction bidding for Signs, Awnings & Canopies projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
