The Director of Hospital plays a crucial role in the overall administration and strategic direction of the hospital. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this position involves providing leadership and ensuring that healthcare services meet regulatory standards, maintain quality care, and improve patient outcomes. The Director manages a dedicated team of two professionals and is responsible for fostering a collaborative environment where excellence in clinical and patient care is prioritized. This position also entails overseeing financial operations and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations while formulating strategies that enhance the hospital's operational efficiency and growth. In addition to clinical oversight, the Director of Hospital takes the lead in quality assurance, patient care services, and health information management. The role demands strong leadership skills to effectively manage staff and disseminate updates on healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of healthcare systems, be proficient in patient management systems, and ensure adherence to Health Information Exchange (HIE) standards. This position is located in Jhelum and includes accommodation for individuals relocating from different areas.
Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the hospital to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
  • Manage a team of healthcare professionals, fostering teamwork and collaboration to achieve organizational goals.
  • Oversee daily hospital operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and quality assurance protocols.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance patient care and improve overall operational efficiency.
  • Monitor financial performance and manage budgets, ensuring the hospital operates within financial constraints while maximizing resources.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of healthcare services and implement necessary adjustments to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Lead initiatives for quality control and compliance, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and best practices.
  • Facilitate communication between healthcare providers, patients, and stakeholders to ensure transparency and effective information exchange.
  • Analyze patient feedback and satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement and enhance service delivery.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate reporting and documentation pertinent to hospital operations and patient care.
  • Support staff development through training opportunities and continuing education programs to bolster clinical skills and knowledge.
