Rozee is seeking a dedicated HR Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience within the HR field. The successful candidate will contribute to various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. The HR Intern will work under the supervision of HR professionals while actively participating in team projects and aligning with departmental goals. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with others will be essential as you assist with the operational tasks associated with our HR processes. In this internship, you will have the opportunity to develop valuable skills and gain insights into the HR industry. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Aid in the onboarding of new employees, ensuring that all necessary documents are completed and that they have a smooth transition into the company.
  • Participate in various employee engagement activities and help organize team-building events.
  • Support HR team in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Help develop and refine HR policies and documentation as needed to align with organizational goals.
  • Conduct research on best practices in HR management to provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Collaborate with team members on HR projects, providing administrative support as required.
  • Assist in responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Contribute positively to the overall office culture by demonstrating teamwork and effective communication skills.
