The Programmatic & Display Advertising Manager at Rozee plays a vital role in shaping and executing the programmatic and display advertising strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive business outcomes. This position requires a keen understanding of digital marketing, strong analytical skills, and the capability to manage campaigns across various digital platforms including display, mobile, video, CTV, OTT, and audio. You will oversee a passionate team of 10 individuals and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to develop data-driven campaigns that align with organizational goals. Being a hands-on manager, you will lead efforts in campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis while mentoring junior team members to foster a culture of learning and growth within the team. Your expertise and leadership will directly contribute to delivering high-performance campaigns that resonate with targeted audiences and meet brand objectives.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative strategies for programmatic and display advertising across a variety of digital channels, ensuring each campaign achieves maximum reach and engagement.
  • Oversee campaign activation through demand-side platforms (DSPs), guaranteeing timely execution in accordance with defined business and marketing goals.
  • Negotiate and secure premium media inventory with key partners, focusing on establishing strong relationships for optimal placements across platforms such as PTCL, Amazon Shoelace Ads, and CTV Ads.
  • Utilize data analytics to refine targeting strategies, enhancing audience segmentation and driving improved campaign performance and cost-efficiency.
  • Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage analytics tools to provide real-time reporting on campaign performance, making adjustments as necessary to optimize results.
  • Offer valuable insights and data-driven recommendations to internal teams and management, ensuring alignment on performance updates and strategic direction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytics, creative, and strategy to integrate insights into campaign tactics for greater impact.
  • Explore and implement performance enhancement opportunities through rigorous testing and ongoing campaign optimization practices.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, instilling best practices, encouraging skill development, and fostering an environment of knowledge sharing.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new programmatic platforms to stimulate innovative approaches and keep campaigns competitive.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with media vendors, partners, and data providers, which are crucial for optimizing campaign performance.
