Senior PHP Developer

Rozee is seeking a highly skilled Senior PHP Developer who will play a pivotal role in our development team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in PHP, with extensive experience in frameworks like Laravel, as well as proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React. A solid understanding of databases, specifically MySQL, is essential. This position also involves managing a dynamic team of up to five developers, fostering collaboration, mentoring junior members, and driving the implementation of innovative solutions. The developer will be expected to contribute to the development of RESTful APIs and work on new technologies dedicatedly, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of industry standards. This is an onsite position that demands commitment, creativity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality PHP applications and services.
Manage and mentor a team of 5 developers, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and career growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure timely and effective execution.
Architect robust and scalable applications using PHP and the Laravel framework, ensuring best practices and coding standards.
Design and implement RESTful APIs, enabling seamless integration with front-end components and third-party services.
Perform database design and management using MySQL, ensuring data integrity, performance, and security.
Utilize front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React to create responsive and user-friendly web applications.
Conduct code reviews and assessments to maintain code quality and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating relevant practices into the development process.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime and improve application performance.
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to ensure effective team collaboration.
Document application functionality, project specifications, and implementation processes to facilitate communication within the team.
