Responsibilities:

  • Identify and propose potential business deals by researching and contacting potential partners and clients, focusing on discovering new opportunities.
  • Engage with new customers through targeted outreach, sending detailed proposals, pitching solutions, and successfully closing sales.
  • Enhance the organization’s reputation by taking ownership of new and diverse requests, while exploring ways to add value to project accomplishments.
  • Develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers to pursue new business opportunities within targeted markets.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts using CRM software to provide timely after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any queries.
  • Contribute to special government projects, leveraging prior experience with tenders and bids to enhance the company's offerings.
  • Attend industry events hosted or participated in by the company to engage in networking opportunities and strengthen relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate exceptional written and oral communication skills in all client and internal interactions.
  • Innovate and adapt to changing business conditions while fostering a collaborative team environment, even when functioning independently.
  • Maintain confidentiality by protecting sensitive organizational information and exercising discretion during communication and decision-making.
